This is due in part to the ability to maintain high quality creative work coupled with a strong emphasis on client service. Account Handling Teams are selected for each client on the basis of relevant experience, and of course people chemistry. Equally, TCC does not have barriers and encourages clients to talk with and have access to all personnel within the Agency.
